Eeek! It's been four months since my last episode. Bad podcast host! Last time you heard from me I was training for the Cleveland 5K/10K Challenge and working on my memoir. Our 15th episode is, fittingly enough, a recap of 2015 including how I did at my goal of running one race per month this year. In the first episode of the year I give a recap of the year, which included some awesome things like starting this podcast! I also look ahead to 2016 and the goals and plans I have for the upcoming year.

Marathon and he and Jill talk about injuries, cross-training, and running related books. A fellow Run-Walk-Runner, Arun also talks about meeting Jeff Galloway and the advice Galloway had.

She's currently training for the Christmas Story 10K which is in early December and decided it would be a good idea to talk about her personal plan for picking and using a training plan. She also talks about her recent experience as a slow runner on a team of faster runners for the Akron Marathon Relay.

Stephanie recently completed a half Iron Man and she talks to Jill about the experience -- including a twist on running with police escort. On Mondays Stephanie also hosts a Mental Health Monday blog link-up with the podcast's first guest, Liz, and they talk about the mind-body connection that come from running and mental health struggles. Jill and Stephanie also have a race suggestion for Universal Studios.
